A girl in this story is healthy. There are something secrets to keep her health. She does lots of things to stay healty so let's see. First, she runs and jumps every day. That means she plays every day. Moving body is a good way to keep her healthy. Next, she eats breakfast every day. To eat breakfast is very important for human body. There is a research of effect of influence when people had breakfast and didn't have. As you know, to eat breakfast is very important to keep her healthy. Next, She eats vegetables and eats lots of fruit. Fruit are rish in vitamins. Then she drinks lots of water. Too much is not good but we need to drink lots of water because our body is mostly made by water. Next, she gets lots of sleep. Sleeping is also very important for us. We should go to bed early and gets lots of sleep. Lastly, she washes every day and cleans her teeth. These things keep her healthy.
How many things do you do every day to keep you healthy? For me, I can't get enough sleep recently because of the exams and homework so I'm really sleepy and tired every day. I want to take rest but I can't so easily. I feel that those things are really important for us to stay healthy by ourselves!!
