Do you like christmas? I really love christmas!! It makes me excited and happy. There is also another reason that I love christmas. That is... my mother's birthday!! Her birthday is 24th December so we have christmas party on the 24th every year. I make a cake for her every year. Last year, I made buche de Noel (French cake) for her. I sent some pictures of cake and she chose that so I made that. This picture is what I made last year. In this book, there is a recipe to make this buche de Noel. I made by different way and it was very difficult to make it because this was the first time to make a roll cake for me so I was worrying about making mistakes. However, I could make so I was soo happy and I was glad that my mother and family liked it very much ^^ I'm looking forward to making cake this year too!!Reference
